Business Development Manager – AIDC Integration Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the MENA AIDC and data center market for our integrated infrastructure solutions. This is a newly created role focused on expanding our modular, containerized, and fast-deployment power and cooling solutions with hyperscalers, data center operators, EPCs, and investors across the region.

Our Integrated Approach

• Power Generation (Source): We integrate cutting-edge power solutions (SMR and SOFC fuel cells) to guarantee reliable, high-efficiency, clean energy directly on site particularly valuable in regions with limited grid infrastructure.
• Thermal Management (Cooling): We deploy advanced full-stack liquid cooling systems (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds) to efficiently dissipate heat from high-density AI chips.
• Rapid Deployment (Speed): Through full prefabrication and modular design, we build major components in factories and assemble them on-site, dramatically cutting construction timelines.

Core Product Portfolio

• Containerized IT Compute Modules: Designed for high compute-density deployment with smaller footprints and lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Power Generation & Distribution Systems: Reciprocating gas generators, high-efficiency SOFC power generation, and integrated distribution modules.
• Modular Liquid Cooling Product Series: Secondary-side systems (CDUs, liquid-cooled cabinets, cold plates, quick couplings) and primary-side cold sources (chillers, dry coolers, cooling towers).
• Intelligent Control Management Unit: An AI-powered platform orchestrating thermal-power decoupling, real-time load matching, and automated, unattended O&M.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the MENA AIDC and data center market.
• Build relationships with hyperscalers, data center operators, EPCs, investors, and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customer-focused infrastructure solutions.
• Support market expansion of modular, containerized, and fast-deployment power solutions for data centers.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years of business development or sales experience in data centers, energy, power systems, electrical infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Good understanding of data center power infrastructure, BESS, microgrids, gensets, UPS, cooling, switchgear, modular systems, or EMS.
• Strong network within the GCC data center / digital infrastructure ecosystem.
• Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills.
• English required; Arabic or Mandarin is an advantage.
